WitchSchool is a private program run by an entrepreneur who serves an intergenerational growing community wishing to explore and educate themselves on various topics related to earth-based spiritual witch practices.

WitchSchool leads each student through a very specific type of interpersonal curriculum, catering to the needs and interests of each group. The teachers at WitchSchool are university professors, authors, practitioners and professional facilitators and coaches in the craft, and are all WitchSchool alumnae.

What will be your role at WitchSchool? WitchSchool is a small but growing team, in need of an administrator to help with daily tasks, such as responding to emails, reviewing student and teacher applications, destination liaison and hospitality logistics, tracking information in our Customer Relations Management (CRM) contact system, and updating the copy and content on website and other social platform accounts such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.

Job Title: Administrator

Job location: Remote position - if you currently live in Canada, Ireland, Cabarete DR, we consider this to be an asset. English fluency is a must. Book-keeping or accounting is an extra valuable asset and may warrant an in increase in hours and remuneration.

Remuneration: $15 and growing to $20 CAD/hour - depending on performance, responsibility and skill-level. Paid monthly via detailed invoice.

Approximate Hours: 5 hours per week and 10 hours per week during retreat times

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to all email inquiries and applications through Wix email application, Gmail, and Mailchimp

  • Review, assess, and respond to applicants

  • Track and organize all necessary information in the CRM system

  • Schedule intake interviews, meetings and logistics for retreats

  • Keep track of and schedule payment reminders

  • Update website with necessary information

  • Update and edit automatic responses on Wix and Mailchimp, as required

  • Update accounts, as required, with relevant and proper links, i.e. Linktree

  • Attend weekly meetings, working as a team to keep things moving and organized

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience using Mailchimp, Wix (or similar platform), Gmail, Google Sheets, and other G-suite applications

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Experience with CRM databases or information / detail sorting is an asset

  • Ability to work well with others, but also able to work independently without prompting

Day-To-Day Activities: You will be required keep track of and respond to, in a timely fashion, all email communications and applications; send off email campaigns from Mailchimp as well as update the website and other accounts with new information; schedule and send payment reminders to students, manage growth and keep track of payments in the CRM system; assess applicants and schedule intake interviews.

Lastly, you will be required to attend a weekly meeting, to update the team on notable information and changes within the CRM system, to provide feedback on processes, and to be aware activities and upcoming events.
