WitchSchool is a private program for those wishing to explore and educate themselves on various topics related to earth-based spiritual practices.
WitchSchool leads each student through a very specific type of interpersonal curriculum, catering to the needs and interests of each group. The teachers at WitchSchool are university professors, authors, practitioners and professional facilitators and coaches in the craft, and are all WitchSchool alumnae.
What will be your role at WitchSchool? WitchSchool is a small but growing team, in need of a brand manager to help analyze and implement branding and marketing efforts, understand and organize customer relationships, and oversee marketing and advertising. This person must also keep up-to-date with competitor’s marketing and products, as well as market trends.

Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Shape and communicate the vision and mission
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Manage a small team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
Create, implement, and update CRM system
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess KPIs
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
Devise innovative growth strategies
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in marketing strategies and brand development
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Understanding of the full marketing mix
Analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Effective communication skills
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Degree in marketing or a related field
Day-To-Day Activities: You will be required to oversee marketing and branding efforts, analyze customer reactions and relationships, manage employees, create and update the CRM system, and create reports based on marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with a small team to ensure marketing and communication goals are being met.
You will report to and communicate with the founder.
